My package is lost, what should I do?

Double-check your order confirmation to make sure the address was typed in correctly. If you have other issues feel free to email us!

What should I do if my order is damaged or missing an item?

If you have ran into any product issues reach out to us with your order number & order date. We will help you get things sorted out!

Shipping and returns

What is the return policy?

Any returns must be submitted within 10 days after the order has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. To complete your return, please email help@mostbutter.com with your order number and the reason for returning your gear. From there, we will reach out to you and complete next steps! You must cover the cost of shipping for the return and once we get the product, we will process the refund.

Where does Mostbutter ship to?

We currently only deliver to anyone in the USA.

How do I qualify for free shipping?

All you have to do is order more than $75 dollars worth of gear!
